Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Many Social collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our platform for brands and creators.

Last updated July 20, 2026

1. Who we are

Many Social ("we," "us") provides a workspace for brands and creators to manage UGC campaigns, marketplace hiring, chat, contracts, approvals, and payouts. This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, apps, and related services (the "Service").

For privacy questions, contact hello@manysocial.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 You provide

  • Account data — name, email, password (or Google sign-in), account type (brand or creator), and profile details
  • Workspace data — company/workspace names, team invites, roles, and settings
  • Creator profile data — bio, location, niches, languages, rates notes, for-hire preferences, social handles, avatars, and content preferences
  • Campaign & workflow content — briefs, terms, submissions, review notes, calendar items, and related files
  • Communications — chat messages, hire offers, support tickets, and emails you send us
  • Contracts — contract fields, signatures, and related metadata
  • Payment preferences — payment method selections, payout handles/addresses you enter, and billing-related details needed to run payouts (we do not store full card numbers; processors do)
  • Marketing preferences — email opt-ins for product updates, campaigns, or promotions

2.2 Collected automatically

  • Device and log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP)
  • Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics
  • Product usage events (feature use, errors) to operate and improve the Service

2.3 From third parties

  • Auth providers — if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information permitted by that provider
  • Social platforms — when handles are linked, we may retrieve publicly available metrics and post metadata (for example followers, views, likes) to power dashboards and estimates
  • Payment processors — confirmation of payouts, transfers, and account connection status (for example Stripe Connect)
  • Referrals — referral codes and related attribution when a creator invites another creator

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the Service
  • Operate workspaces, marketplace profiles, campaigns, submissions, chat, contracts, and calendars
  • Calculate and display performance metrics, ranks, and estimated earnings
  • Process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, and handle billing disputes
  • Send transactional notices (invites, approvals, payouts, security alerts)
  • Send marketing or product emails when you have opted in or as otherwise allowed by law
  • Respond to support requests and improve product experience
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

4. How we share information

We share information in these situations:

  • With other users in your workflows — for example, brands see creator profiles and submissions; creators see campaign details and hire offers; chat and contract counterparties see relevant content
  • Marketplace visibility — if you enable for-hire or public profile features, selected profile and performance information may be visible to brands on the Service
  • Service providers — hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and payment processors who process data on our instructions
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as a primary business model.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage for session authentication, security, remembering preferences (such as workspace selection), and understanding how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling some cookies may break sign-in or core features.

6. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may keep records longer for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example payout and contract records). Support tickets and logs are retained for a reasonable period, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information (including encrypted transport and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk regarding residual security risk.

8. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information
  • Export a copy of certain data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
  • Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe or settings

You can update much of your profile and notification preferences in the Service. For other requests, email hello@manysocial.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some data must be retained for legal or operational reasons.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example Google for sign-in, Stripe/PayPal for payments, and social platforms for metrics). Their privacy policies govern their processing. Linking a third-party account or payout method is optional but may be required for certain features.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice as appropriate.
